Again another basic recipe!
Chop up potatoes, carrots & celery. Throw in baking dish then add olive oil, rosemary, & sea salt.
Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour & 15 minutes.
This is healthy and delicious- a favorite of my husbands.
I like this pasta salad because its very basic and delicious!
You will need:
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1/2 red onion
small can of olives
pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1 box of tri-color pasta
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
Chop up your peppers, cheese , pepperoni, & onion and add to a large bowl.
Next add olives cooked pasta & dressing.
Last sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and refrigerate.
This pasta salad taste even better as left overs!
This is a very simple recipe that is ready in about 7 minutes!
You will need:
1 package of chicken breast
Ranch dressing (about 1/2 cup)
1 8oz package of cream cheese
Hot sauce (as much as you like depending on how hot you like it-I use just under half the bottle).
First boil water over medium heat and then add chicken.
Boil the chicken until the middle is cooked all the way. If you use thin breast it will boil very fast -about 3 minutes.
Remove chicken from water and shred it on a plate using a fork. It will fall apart easily.
In a bowl add chicken, cream cheese, dressing, and hot sauce. Use a hand mixer until it is well blended.
Dont forget your tortilla chips!
4 Salmon fillets (skin on)
juice from 1 lemon
2 1/2 tablespoons of paprika
3/4 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 1/2 tablespoons of butter
Heat oven to 400 degrees
1 – combine paprika, cayenne, thyme, garlic powder and salt in a bowl.
2- in a sauce pan over medium heat melt the butter and add the lemon juice
3- dip each fillet in one at a time into the lemon butter then spices.
4- use a large skillet over medium high heat & cook until salmon is blackened (about 2 mins).
5- transfer into the oven for about 8 mins.
